For 40 years DJ Don Felton has been hosting a weekly contemporary Jazz program in Springfield, MA which puts listeners in touch with positive music, interviews with music artists, and events happening in Western MA and beyond.

20 years ago, at the age of six, Donyel Le'Noir Felton started her journey as a co-host on the show.

Mid Morning Jazz

Originally co-hosting alongside DJ Don Felton, Donyel now also hosts her own dedicated on-air sets, alternating programming responsibilities while continuing the show’s legacy of thoughtful listening and community connection. Her work centers jazz as a living cultural practice where she highlights sound, story, and presence.
